Live Camden @ 32 Camden
When Selling Became Storytelling: Turning unsold units into unforgettable experiences — a vibrant celebration of Queen West that transformed curiosity into sales.
the business challenge
A new condo development in Toronto’s vibrant Queen West had welcomed residents — yet several units remained unsold. The challenge: reignite excitement and showcase the property’s value in a way that went beyond the traditional open-house model, turning curiosity into conversion.
the solution
Recognizing that the neighbourhood itself was the true selling feature, Live Camden was born — a one-of-a-kind, experience-driven open house designed to celebrate the culture of Queen West.
Unsold suites were transformed into curated pop-ups featuring local makers, chefs, artists, and entrepreneurs, each reflecting the area’s creative energy. Guests received “Live Camden Passports” and were invited to embark on a “neighbourhood tour” inside the building — sampling food, art, and design as they explored the available homes.
The result was an authentic, joy-filled activation that turned sales into storytelling and properties into possibilities.
the resultS
Live Camden shattered expectations and redefined how developments can engage audiences:
• Attendance exceeded projections by 300%
• Generated major earned media and social buzz across Toronto’s lifestyle and real-estate media
• Directly triggered unit sales within days of the event
• Became a benchmark for experiential real-estate marketing, later adopted by other developers as a new engagement model
