Kozlik’s, a beloved Toronto-based mustard brand with deep heritage, was looking to expand beyond the condiment aisle and re-introduce itself to a new generation of food lovers.

The challenge was to demonstrate the brand’s versatility — showing that mustard could be more than a hot-dog topper and instead a culinary ingredient worthy of creativity, experimentation, and pride of place in modern kitchens.

Kozlik’s needed a fresh platform that could translate its authenticity, craftsmanship, and flavour story into an engaging, shareable experience that would spark discovery and conversation.

We created The Kozlik’s Tasting Project — an immersive and interactive tasting series designed to reimagine how people experience mustard.

Each session invited media guests and influencers on a multi-sensory journey: pairing mustards with unexpected foods, beverages, and cultural moments. From oysters to ice cream, and cocktails to charcuterie, every pairing challenged convention and celebrated curiosity.

The content, storytelling, and environment all worked together to showcase Kozlik’s as a modern brand with deep roots — proudly Canadian, endlessly adaptable, and creatively inspired.
